DR. JANE CHOW

Dr. Chow earned her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, and completed her medical degree at McMaster University. She trained at Women’s College Hospital for her residency, and has been awarded a Fellowship in Family Medicine. In addition to practicing comprehensive Family Medicine, Dr. Chow works in Student and Sexual Health clinics. She has a teaching practice at Five Points Family Health, and is an Assistant Professor with the University of Toronto.


DR. ROSELYNN CHUONG

Dr. Chuong completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Waterloo where she received her Honours Bachelor of Science in Health Studies. She then earned a Master of Science in the field of Clinical Epidemiological Research from the University of Toronto. Dr. Chuong attended medical school at McMaster University in Hamilton, then returned to Toronto for her Family Medicine Residency at Women's College Hospital. After completion of her Family Medicine Residency, Dr. Chuong attained a Low Risk Obstetrics Fellowship at the University of Toronto.


DR. JESSICA FULTON

Dr. Fulton hails from small town Nova Scotia and moved to Ontario to do her undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at Queen's University. She continued her training at the University of Toronto for medical school, and decided to make the move permanent after accepting a Family Medicine Residency position at Women's College Hospital. Dr. Fulton practices the full scope of Family Medicine.


DR. JENNIFER GERMAN

Dr. German earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Western Ontario. She attended medical school at the University of Toronto, and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Women's College Hospital. Dr. German practices the full scope of Family Medicine. 


DR. PATRICIA SMITH

Dr. Smith earned her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University, where she remained for medical school. She completed her Family Medicine Residency through the University of Toronto at Women's College Hospital. Dr. Smith practices full scope Family Medicine.


DR. NATALIE SORFAZLIAN

Dr. Sorfazlian completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc). She then completed a Master of Science (MSc) at the University of Toronto in Cellular & Molecular Biology Research. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from McMaster University, and then returned to Toronto to complete her Family Medicine Residency program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. She also completed a Low-Risk Obstetrics fellowship at North York General Hospital. Dr. Sorfazlian practices full scope Family Medicine, with a special interest in Women’s Health.
